Chia Pudding

One of my favorite nourishing snacks to always have in the fridge

Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients

For the chia pudding

2 cups of dairy-free milk**

5 tbsp of chia seeds

2 tbsp of hemp seeds

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla extract

a sprinkle of salt

* optional: 1-2 scoops of protein powder ***

Directions

In a 20-32oz jar put in everything but the nut milk and give it a stir. Then mix in your nut milk and either shake or stir your pudding with a fork (make sure all of the chia gets separated). Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight and enjoy with granola, coconut yogurt, and berries.

** I use 1 cup of coconut milk (without guar gum) and 1 cup of almond milk

*** I use Sprouted Living Collagen Boosting Protein powder, which tastes really lovely and turns my pudding pink
